How can I get support for my Digital Signage Tenant?
We provide limited support (as we all work full-time on other projects), however, we can be contacted at hsn-helpdesk@schools.vic.edu.au and we will reply asap. :)
The most common problem we see is a Staff Member login in with incorrect login credentials.
If this occurs, you may need to clear the cache of the browser or try again later to upload the image.
