How to download an Attendance Report in XUNO

Step 1 - Log in to your XUNO Suite website.
Step 2 - Go to Administration -> Additional Reports.

Step 3 - Click on the arrow beside "Period Attendance Under Percentage".

Step 4 - Change the below values;
  1. Change the "Maximum Attendance Rate" to 80%.
  2. Click on the "This Year" button.
  3. Click on the "Show" button.

Step 5 - Click on the "Attendance Rate %" column heading twice to short the list by Attendance Rate.

Step 6 - You can use the Print icon to print the list or the export button to save the data to Excel.

Additional Tip - You can also use the Filter icon to filter down to certain groups of students.
Just remember to click on the "Show" button to refresh the results with your chosen data.
