1. Click "Start"> "Outlook"(Outlook 2013/2016) | |

4. (Gotcha number one) Make sure the next screen shows your name and eduMail address. Not some other auto configured school address. If it needs to be, change it to your edumail address. 5. Add your complex eduMail password. 6. Click "Next" | |
7. If the following window below appears, Check the "Don't ask me again about this website again." checkbox and then "Allow". 8. Switch to the small authentication window that may be at the back marked "Windows Security" that is asking for a username and password. | |
9. (Gotcha number two) Select "More Choices" above the "OK" button. | |
10. Select "Use a different account" | |
11. Enter your TO number and password. **Note: Prefix your username with edu001\ as it appears in the example below. 12. Click "Remember my password" | |
13. Click "OK". The account will then search for and configure the account. 14. Click "Finish" | |
15. You are done. Outlook will now open and retrieve all of your emails. This may take some time depending on the number of emails it needs to download. |
